Workshop guide lines
The workshop language is English. Ample time will be arranged for presentations and discussions. We intend to publish the extended abstracts of contributions in a book in the Springer Series in Geomechanics and Geoengineering.
Conference venue (Location map)
The conference will be held at the university campus near our institute, which is close to the most beautiful park in Vienna, the Türkenschanzpark with a charm unique to Vienna. There are a number of quality hotels with fair price near our campus. We will negotiate good conditions for our participants.
Transportation
Vienna is well connected with major European and international airports by direct flight. The airport is about 16 km from the city centre. There are several transportation options from the airport to our university:

Visa information
Participants who require an entry visa to Vienna can be provided with an invitation letter for visa application purposes.
